1. T. Olive oil 2. /2 sm. onion, diced 3. clove garlic 4. c. ketchup 5. /3 c. cider vinegar 6. /4 c. molasses 7. T. brown sugar 8. t. worcheshire sauce 9. T. Chili powder 10. /4 t. cayenne pepper 11. Salt 12. Pepper 13. Heat oil in pan over md. heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until soft (3-5 min) 14. Add ketchup thru cayenne pepper. Add 3/4 c. water, 1/4 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper, and simmer gently, stirring occassionally until slightly thickened (13-15 min). Sauce can be kept in fridge for up to 2 weeks. |
