1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 quart catsup |
1 cup prepared mustard |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 small clove garlic, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in oil in a large saucepan until tender. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until thickened . |
