Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 whole(s) small onion finely chopped |
1 clove(s) fresh garlic finely chopped |
1 cup(s) ketchup |
1/4 cup(s) cider vingar |
1/4 cup(s) molasses |
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
2 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper (optional) |
dash(es) salt |

Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until softened, 3-5 minutes. 2. Add the ketchup, vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne (if using), 3/4 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and simmer gently stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 12-15 minutes. 3.
