Ingredients:
6 cups onions, chopped |
1/2 cup honey |
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 cups sweet peppers, chopped |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 cup parsley, dried |
6 tablespoons lea & perrins worcestershire sauce |
2 cups dry white wine |
1 teaspoon mint, dried |
6 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons liquid smoke |
4 cups ketchup |
1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. |
