This is HOT!! You can tame it some by adding more water as you use it. Try it on ribs! Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup salt |
1/4 cup black pepper |
1/4 cup chili pepper |
1/4 cup red pepper |
1/2 cup prepared mustard |
1/3 cup paprika |
2 cups vinegar |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, spices and mustard into a paste. Add vinegar and water. 2. Boil slowly 30 minutes. Stir frequently. 3. Store. 4. To use: Mix 1 part paste, 1 part vinegar and. 5. 1 part water. 6. Keeps a long time (100 years)! |
