This BBQ rub is really flavorful and very simple to make. I triple this recipe and store it in an airtight container. It's also great on beef or pork. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chili powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons light brown sugar |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container. |
