Barbecue Recipes, formerly Patio Recipes revised January, 1985 Ingredients:
1 cup salad oil |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup wine vinegar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Excellent for steaks, roasts, vegetable kabobs and hamburgers. Marinade may be stored in freezer for re-use. |
