Ingredients:
1 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Excellent for steaks, roasts, vegetable kabobs and hamburgers. Marinade may be stored in freezer for re-use.
