1/2 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup salad oil |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons minced celery |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1 garlic clove, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Improves that not-so-tender piece of meat. |
