Homeade little sloppy joes in a busquit with cheese. These are best hot out of the oven. Kids love these !!
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. heat oven to 350 degrees and grease cupcake/ muffin pan.
2. seperate dough into 12 bisquits. flatten dough into 5 inch circles. press into bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside.
3. In a skillet brown ground beef. drain grease.
4. In small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stire until smooth.
5. Add ketchup mixture to ground beef. Divide meat mixture evenly between all 12 cups. (about 1/4 cup for each).
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Cool 5 minutes in pan then let cool on cooling rack.
