Very unusual but very good and very unique salad topper for a good old-fashioned cookout. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 small package lemon gelatin |
3/4 cup boiling water |
8 ounce can tomato sauce |
1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. 2. Mix all remaining ingredients then when gelatin is at room temperature add to gelatin. 3. Mix well then pour into oiled square pan and chill until firm. 4. Cut into cubes and serve atop salad to go with your barbecue. |
