I got this from a friend who knew I love barbecue slaw and didn't have a recipe. Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage, grated |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
texas pete, to taste |
Directions:
1. Bring dressing ingredients to a boil. 2. Pour over grated cabbage. 3. Let sit for 2 hours. 4. Chill for 2 hours before serving. |
