2 cups packaged broccoli coleslaw |
3 tablespoons light coleslaw dressing (such as marzetti) |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (such as kc masterpiece) |
32 inches reduced fat whole wheat tortillas |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until ready to assemble wraps. 2. Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a microwave safe bowl. microwave at high for one minute or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 30 seconds. 3. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas; top with slaw. roll up tortillas; place wraps seam side down on a cutting board. 4. cut wraps in half crosswise, securing with wooden toothpicks. serve immediatley. 5. serves 4. 6. serving size = 2 wrap halves. |
