2 tablespoons milk |
4 cups barbecue potato chips, crushed |
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes |
barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk. 3. Place crushed potato chips in another bowl. Dip chicken into egg mixture then roll in chips. 4. Place in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear. 5. Serve with barbecue sauce. |
