1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup hot water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Fry chicken and onions in shortening or oil for 5 minutes. Combine. 2. remaining ingredients in a bowl to make a sauce. Pour sauce over. 3. chicken in a dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until. 4. done. |
