I got this from a lady at church who is from Hawaii, DeDe Gilliland. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup oyster sauce |
1 slice fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
8 -10 chicken thighs, i use boneless, skinless |
Directions:
1. Mix all marinade ingredients. 2. Marinate for at least 4 hours. 3. Grill over hot coals or on gas barbecue until done. |
