Barbecue Baked White Bean Cheese Dip

Outstanding dip for parties or superbowl, either for dipping or spooning over nachoes, newspaper recipe I tried which a friend made. Worth the time !
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup ketsup
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 strips bacon finely chopped
4 slices of deli ham fine diced
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 cup water
3, 15 oz cans cannellini white beans
8 oz cream cheese softened
8 oz shreeeded cheddar cheese
1 lb bag tortilla or nachoe style chips
Directions:
1. In a saucepan combine ketsup, syrup, brown sugar, molasses, bacon, ham onion, mustard and water
2. Bring to a boil , reduce heat to lowest simmer and cover, stirring often , cooking until very thick about 2 hours
3. Add beans and cook 10 mins on simmer
4. Heat oven to 325F
5. In an 8 x 8 cassrole dish or similar dish spread cream cheese on bottom evenly
6. Spoons the sauce and beans over the cheese
7. Top with cheddar cheese
8. Bake until cheese is melted about 10 mins
9. Serve with the chips, either have people dip in the chips or spoon the mixture over them like nacho style
