Barbara's Special Potato Salad

Something new in potato salad! Add cauliflower slices and bacon dressing - it's terrific -
Ingredients:
3 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 cups sliced raw cauliflower
1 cup diced celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup salad dressing
1 tablespoon bacon fat
2 teaspoons caraway seeds (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, cauliflower, celery, eggs, onion, and bacon. Mix mayonnaise, bacon fat, and caraway seed. Pour over salad; toss lightly; salt to taste. Chill.
