I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Columbia's Second Century Cookbook. The recipe was submitted by Marcia Kovalovshy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil |
3/4 cup vinegar |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender; pour over chicken. 2. Marinate in refrigerator all day. |
