Ingredients:
3 very firm bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup white wine
sweetened whipped cream
Directions:
1. Sauté banana halves in butter in a large skillet until golden brown and tender. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add wine, and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve bananas warm with whipped cream.
