Ingredients:
3 very firm bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar |
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup white wine |
sweetened whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Sauté banana halves in butter in a large skillet until golden brown and tender. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add wine, and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve bananas warm with whipped cream. |
