A great dessert for company Ingredients:
5 yellow bananas (not to ripe) |
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup dark rum |
Directions:
1. Slice the bananas in half and then lengthwise. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter with the brown sugar. 3. Add the bananas to the mixture and poke a few holes in them with a fork. 4. Turn only once and add the liquor. 5. Serve with vanilla ice cream. |
