Made this at a Friday dinner party and served over ice-cream. It was splendid! Ingredients:
4 bananas |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons brandy |
Directions:
1. Peel bananas. 2. Slice lengthwise and place in a flat roaster. 3. Add sugar, butter and rum. 4. Cover and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes. 5. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes more. |
