Papayas were on sale and I had frozen bananas so I wanted to make a smoothie. I came up with this smoothie and it's name. Ingredients:
1 papaya, peeled seeded, and cubed |
2 frozen bananas, sliced |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4-1/3 cup 2% low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. In a blender add yogurt and honey. 2. Then add papaya and bananas, blend. 3. Add milk and blend until desired smoothness. |
