Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit. This came from William's CookbooknWith Nutrition Facts. I haven't tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup ice cube |
4 small bananas, peeled |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor; process until thick and creamy. With motor running, add ice cubes; process until smooth. 2. Pour into tall glasses to serve. |
