Combine ripe bananas with tangy yogurt to make the best tasting frozen non fat yogurt pops you have ever had. Ingredients:
2 bananas |
2 ounces plain yogurt |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon sugar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt, then add milk and sugar. Pour into 2. molds and freeze. |
