Delicious and very easy to make yogurt ice cream. You can use thickened cream instead of the yogurt if you prefer. Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, peeled and quartered |
1/2 cup caster sugar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup low-fat milk |
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred |
Directions:
1. In blender or food processor, process the first four ingredients until bananas are pureed. 2. Stir in milk and yogurt. 3. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. |
