These are much healthier than regular banana bread, but still taste pretty good. Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 egg |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 cup milk |
2 bananas, mashed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare muffin tins with muffin papers. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and stir by hand just until combined. Fill muffin papers about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. |
