1 1/4 cup wheat bran |
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp salt |
3 tbsp brown sugar |
3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce |
4 oz vanilla yogurt, dannon light and fit |
2 bananas |
