1. c. flour
2. T. sugar
3. /2 t. baking powder
4. /4 t. baking soda
5. /2 t. salt
6. /4 c. milk
7. T. unsalted butter, melted
8. lg. Egg, lightly beaten
9. /2 c. chopped walnuts
10. overripe banana, mashed (about 1/2 c)
11. Vegetable oil for brushing
12. In bowl combine sugar, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add milk, butter, egg and mashed banana, and stir until flour is moistened.
13. Warm griddle.
