Healthy breakfast or snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 bananas, very ripe & mashed |
3/4 cup flour |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 eggs |
1 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Blend first 4 ingredients. 2. Add remaining and mix until blended. 3. Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
