Seasoned rice vinegar adds sweetness with low acidity. Find it in the international section of your market, or substitute apple cider vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
dash of nutmeg |
1 apple, cored and diced |
2 bananas |
1 small celery stalk, sliced |
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Fold in remaining ingredients. |
