Dairy free smoothie. Has wheat germ and bran in to keep you feeling full for a long time.
Ingredients:
101 grams banana, small (6 )
6 strawberries, small
50 grams orange, (1/2 small)
1 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoon wheat bran, crude
6 ounces grape juice
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet.
2. Blend till smooth.
