low cal smoothie Ingredients:
40 g banana, sliced |
1/3 cup skim milk |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
1 tsp cinnamon |
50 g fresh strawberries, chopped |
1/2 cup ice, crushed |
Directions:
1. Chop half a banana into slices and 1/2 cup chopped strawberries, place in zip lock bag and freeze overnight 2. Gather ingredients. 3. Place half banana and berries into blender.Add 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. 4. (Optional: Add 1 packet of Splenda for extra sweetness) 5. Pour mix into tall glass. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on shake. |
