This is my favorite breakfast smoothie and keeps me full until lunch! Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats |
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) |
1 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup chocolate-flavored soy milk |
8 chunks frozen pineapple |
6 frozen whole strawberries |
1 small banana |
Directions:
1. Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth. |
