Ingredients:
2 cup(s) vanilla wafers crushed |
1/2 stick(s) butter melted |
1/2 stick(s) butter melted |
1 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1/2 cup(s) walnuts or pecans chopped |
6 banana cut lengthwise |
1 can(s) crushed pineapple well drained |
1 tub(s) cool whip |
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla wafers and melted butter (1/2 stick) and press into bottom of lg. rectangle pyrex pan. 2. Combine 1/2 stick melted butter, pwd. sugar, egg, vanilla and beat for 5 min. Pour over crumb crust. 3. Sprinkle with ch. nuts. Layer bananas on top. Spread pineapple on top of bananas. 4. Cover with lg. tub of Cool-Whip. 5. Garnish with nuts and mar. cherries. Refrig. overnight. |
