Banana Split Ice Cream Cake |

Not only will this recipe satisfy your sweet tooth, but it refreshing on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream |
1 (72 ounce) package oreo cookies |
1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping |
1 (5 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding |
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained |
2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half |
3 medium bananas, sliced |
Directions:
1. Let vanilla ice cream soften until it can be evenly spread. 2. Crush Oreo's into fine pieces and pour evenly into a 9 x 13 dish. 3. Add Ice cream by spreading smoothly over crushed Oreo's, approximately 3/4-1 inch thick. 4. Put in freezer to let ice cream harden. 5. Mix pudding with whipped topping. 6. Add mixture by spreading evenly over ice cream. 7. Put sliced bananas and strawberries on top of pudding and whipped topping mixture. 8. Layer drained pineapple on top of bananas and strawberries return to freezer until ready to serve. |
