Banana Split Greek Yogurt

Try different pudding mixes or gelatin mixes. This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
8 ounces dannon plain greek yogurt (1 small container)
3 -4 teaspoons banana cream sugar free pudding (or to taste)
1 -2 teaspoon sugar free caramel syrup (torani, davinci, whatever)
splash milk
1 ounce splenda sugar substitute (1 packet)
1/2 teaspoon sugar-free strawberry jam
drizzle sugar free chocolate syrup
Directions:
1. Take yogurt, banana cream pudding, caramel syrup, milk and splenda; this step is to loosen up the stuff and give if more of a *normal* yogurt consistancy). Top with a tiny dollop strawberry preservers and a drizzle chocolate syrup.
2. Use the same method for pistachio, but use vanilla syrup instead.
