This is a very good dessert, servings depend on how big or small you cut these. Enjoy Ingredients:
crust |
2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup melted butter |
1/4 cup sugar |
filling |
3 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup mashed banana |
topping |
1 cup sliced strawberries |
1 banana, sliced, tossed with 1 tsp. lemon juice |
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained |
Directions:
1. Crust: 2. Mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto bottom of 13x9x2 pan. 3. Filling: 4. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on 5. medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust. 6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. 7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. 8. Topping: 9. Top with strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cut into squares. |
