This recipe combines my favorite thing, cheesecake, with a classic banana split. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sliced strawberry |
2 medium bananas, sliced |
3 whole graham crackers |
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Place graham crackers in bottom of 8x8 pan. Set aside. 2. Beat together cream cheese & sugar until smooth. 3. Add sour cream & vanilla and mix until well blended. 4. Pour mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly. 5. Place alternating rows of strawberries & bananas on top of cream cheese layer. 6. Spread whipped topping evenly over fruit. 7. Drizzle top with chocolate syrup. 8. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours. For best results refridgerate over night. |
