banana split cake Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup margarine |
2 cups powdered sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup margarine |
4 large bananas, sliced and dipped in |
pineapple juice |
1 (8 ounce) can drained crushed pineapple |
1 (8 ounce) can container cool whip |
2 tablespoons pecans |
maraschino cherry |
Directions:
1. Press crust into 9x13 inch pan. 2. Beat filling until creamy. 3. Spread on top of crust. 4. Layer with sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and Cool Whip. 5. Dot with cherries and nuts. 6. Refrigerate overnight. |
