Yummy breakfast or dessert treat- especially in summer! This alone has 10g of fiber! I sometimes use granola instead of grape nuts and add in other berries- still yummy! Ingredients:
1 medium banana |
4 medium strawberries |
6 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup grape nuts |
1 tbsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Slice banana and berries into a bowl 2. Layer on yogurt, cinnamon, and Granola 3. Mix if desired, or it as is (I prefer it mixed up, gets the cinnamon throughout!) |
