Easy Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large) |
3 tablespoons milk |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 2. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine bananas and milk. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with banana mixture. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. 3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Remove to a wire rack to cool. 4. Serving quantity: Serves 16. |
