* 4-6hrs chilling time |

2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 stick butter, melted |
mix above ingredients and press into 11” x 14” pan. |
bake in preheated 350 degree oven, 8 minutes. cool. |
filling |
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
4 bananas, sliced |
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 pint heavy cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. Crust: 2. Mix above crust ingredients and press into 11” x 14” pan. 3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, 8 minutes. Cool 4. Filling: 5. Blend cream cheese and sugar and spread over crust. Place sliced bananas over cream cheese. Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or toasted almonds. Decorate with cherries if desired. 6. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. |
