This protein-packed breakfast is served at the Stowe Resort & Spa in Vermont. Ingredients:
1 cup soy flour |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/2 cups soymilk |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/4 cup banana |
1/4 cup oats |
Directions:
1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Gradually add dry to wet making a thin batter. Fold in any optional ingredients you enjoy (like nuts or blueberries). 2. Cook as usual for pancakes. |
