These are really fresh tasting and super yummy! You don't even need syrup. Ingredients:
11/2 cups flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
11/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 cup sour cream |
3/4 cup milk + 1 tablespoon |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
2 bananas |
Directions:
1. Sift together all dry ingredients (first four) 2. Mix together all wet ingredients (other then bananas) 3. Pour onto hot griddle and add sliced banana on top. 4. Cook until bubbles form and flip, cook until golden brown. |
