Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks |
1/4 cup simple syrup |
mint leaves, for garnish |
3 t. lemon juice |
toasted chopped almonds or pecans, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Puree bananas with lemon juice and syrup in a food processor or blender, or mash by hand. Pour into chilled electric ice cream machine and churn, following instructions, until mixture is semisolid, 15-20 min. |
