I tried a smoothie recipe and tweaked it to my liking. Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. |
