Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
