This is from this week's Young Times, submitted by Shahzeen Abdulla. She's Chef of the week this week! Ingredients:
2 medium bananas |
2 -3 cups milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 scoop banana ice cream or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream |
3 slices bread |
Directions:
1. Make a puree of the bananas in a blender. 2. Pour the milk and honey. 3. Stir. 4. Refrigerate. 5. Serve chilled. 6. Toast the bread. 7. Dip in the banana squash. 8. Enjoy! |
