1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 cup ice |
1/2 cup low-fat milk |
1 large banana |
Directions:
1. Add Ice milk and cottage cheese in a blender. Blend on medium. Next add chunks of banana. Blend until desired frothieness. |
