This recipe came out of Kids Health Magazine from Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. This is were we take our DD for her diabetes checkups. Ingredients:
7 ounces plain yogurt (2% milkfat) |
1/2 banana |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
1 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Mix until smooth. 3. Serve. |
