Another recipe I found from Fat Free Living cookbook. Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon sweet 'n low (optional) |
1 tablespoon fat free chocolate syrup |
8 -10 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine banana, skim milk, Sweet N' Low, and chocolate syrup in blender. 2. Cover and mix for 1 minute. 3. Add ice cubes, one at a time, mixing until smooth. |
